I found a piece of carbon fibre trim in a parking lot in Langley, VA. The tile that it is sitting on is 1 square foot. It doesn't look to be cheaply made. I'm stumped...

Looks like it goes on the hood of some car.. like there are two of them but one fell off.

Kinda like these (only pic I could find on Google)

But I don't know how they'd fall off
